I've been waiting for a year to write this review, so i could be fair enough to evaluate his project. I'm very disappointed! James gave me a price which includes the labor, material and his designer fee. I got quotes from other contractors as well - he was not the cheapest one - the reason I finally chose him was because he promised me that he would use good materials.
