RecommendedBefore my mom came home from the hospital in April 2018, i was not sure what i was going to do, and a Social Worker at Cape Fear helped me find 3HC Home Health and I have been very pleased with their CNAS, Skilled nurses, Their Physical therapists are to die for, and everyone i speak to on the phone is so nice and respects your concerns. They have a Doctor to help diagnose problems and concerns and will immediately try and help. THANK YOU ALL AT 3HC

We are here with my mother-in-law Cathy Dennis. The staff here are so comforting and genuine. They instantly address concerns and are doing everything possible to keep her comfortable. The facility is beautiful and clean. The rooms are large so that family can be here with the patients. I hate the circumstances from which we are here but know she couldn’t be better cared for!
