We had a short but wonderful experience with the hospice care team after leaving another hospice provider. 3HC has a more local/individual approach rather than a national company. We found them organized, proactive and very supportive. Communication and care has been outstanding! Bereavement care continues to be supportive and well communicated with personal phone calls, letters and offers of other group support for the next year. Their outreach has been impressive. So it has been a little while since I worked along side the RN, Aides, Social Worker and PA at 3HC. But the love, care and compassion that they have are top notch! I do in home health care and primarily care for hospice patients so when I’m asked for a suggestion of who to go with when a family is in need. 3HC is my top choice next is Pruitt. So disappointed in what I’ve seen with organizations ! Families need support when there loves one are at their last days . And you do not , did not provide that for the family or the patient. I’ve experienced hospice Care in my own family . And the organization we went to was there for us, was there for the patient, making sure the patient was comfortable at all times! They made sure the family got support when I asked for it. I understand why you have a 2.8 rating .

When my mother in law was slowly dying from a rare and aggressive cancer, these folks were hired to stop by a few times a week for bandage changes and a few simple tasks. They didn't want to do their jobs. They often had bad attitudes. Their favorite thing to do was to leave a note on the front door saying "sorry we missed you" having never knocked. It's so sad that people who need hospice/home care get treated this way. Very untrustworthy, and quick to lie.
