I was affected by the hail storm April, 13th 2019. My insurance came out last monday to perform an estimate. A nice man named Blake knocked on my door while the adjuster was there. Perfect timing right? It was, he led the adjuster around covering all sorts of damages around my property that no one would think of. Really helped out with the final number from my inurance. The entire process of filing a claim, working with adjusters, and seeking out roofers was overwhelming to say the least. Once 3G Roofing became part of the equation, my life became easier. So refreshing to work with a company that Keeps their Word! I was always given a day and time when an Employee would come to give an estimate , follow up on paper work and FABULOUS at EXPLAINING what was going to be done! I was impacted by a Hail Storm in April,2016, ( San Antonio) and 3/G was amazing at explaining the insurance process as WELL as the projected work to be done! 3G Roofing finished putting on my new roof yesterday an I am very pleased. When looking at all the other roofs across the street that have recently been installed by other contractors, I know I got a superior product and install. It makes me even feel better because my roof looks so much better. They installed colored drip edge that matches the shingles, where as all the other roofs on my street have plain silver.
