Greg installed 2 fireplaces in our home the same day. We requested a 36" set of logs and he talked us into a smaller set. After the install they looked way too small for the large opening. We offered to pay for a new set and his time... we just wanted the job done right. He's gone silent on us and won't even return our calls. Very unprofessional. Go to a real installer.
Wonderful service! Called on a Friday and came on Monday. Very kind and helpful! Now our fireplace works and we will be using 3G fireplace if we ever need help again!
