I ordered a 3G Cardio recumbent bike to prepare for surgery next month. I ordered it well in advance, needing it by June 1st at the latest. I even paid a few hundred dollars for white glove delivery/assembly. I never heard anything for a few weeks until l called them. By the way, they are a one man operation and do not always answer the phone, especially on Friday afternoons. I have had my 3G Cardio Lite Runner for 2.5 years now and it has worked flawlessly, only requiring the usual 6 month lubing, motor vacuuming and occasional belt adjustment. I recently had an unusual issue with the alignment of my treadmills frame. John in logistics, along with Chad & Bryan were very helpful in getting me set up for a repair appointment. Very happy with my Pro Runner. I called 3G Cardio and spoke to a real live person in the US who was very helpful. He talked me through the models and helped me pick the one that would work best for my needs. Something easy to use with good cushioning and easy to move around. I picked the Pro runner model and I am happy with it. It was pretty easy to put together myself but I did need an extra set of hands to move the box. 3G Cardio ended up having great service, and their products have really good warranties. I was glad I kept looking for upper level fitness equipment and found them. Much better than their competitors!
I had an issue with the control circuit and called customer service for help. They exceeded my expectations by helping me troubleshoot my problems and shipping me a new part quickly. Thank you 3G! P.S. I love the treadmill.
