Benjamin is the best physical therapist I have ever worked with. His knowledge, expertise, and dedication to patients are unmatched. The 3D Physical Therapy team really put the word “care” in healthcare. I have never felt more seen and understood by any of my healthcare providers and I go to therapy. I had a herniated disc in my spine, and let me tell you, I had never been in more pain in my life. I couldn’t go a minute without a heating pad, pain killers, and lying down. I had the pleasure of working with Grace last year to rehab my broken leg and sprained knee. Grace put together a great rehabilitation program that was easy to do in the gym and at home, and after each session I saw improvement in mobility and strength. I had some complications with my recovery and Grace was so helpful throughout the process, helping with adjustments and additional moves to try.
