I've had some excellent PT over the years but I think I've reached a new "high" with service & results with Grace at the 3DPT 2nd street location! I particularly liked how Grace carefully measured my limitations initially, regularly checks in with how I'm doing, and gives me challenging exercises that have had quick positive impact! And I've heard from others that Ben is equally effective. And the location is unique and easy to access at Headhouse Square.
I went to see Benjamin at 3DPT for a hamstring injury that I thought had gone away and then came back. I really appreciated his approach to my issue! I lift weights regularly, and he was really great about helping me think about my program and doing PT in a way where I could keep lifting and still recover. Both Benjamin and Grace are super helpful, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. I will absolutely be going back to this 3DPT location if (okay, inevitably when) I get injured again!
Benjamin is the best physical therapist I have ever worked with. His knowledge, expertise, and dedication to patients are unmatched. I began seeing him for PT before my knee surgery and had an incredibly quick and smooth recovery. The 3D Physical Therapy team really put the word “care” in healthcare. I have never felt more seen and understood by any of my healthcare providers and I go to therapy. I had a herniated disc in my spine, and let me tell you, I had never been in more pain in my life. I couldn’t go a minute without a heating pad, pain killers, and lying down.
