I'm on disability and I have never seen a prosthetics company leave a patient without proper equipment because said patient can't afford to pay the remainder of the bill. They will no longer run parts through my insurance, they just give me links to where I can buy the equipment out of pocket, which I obviously cannot afford. They offer no financial hardship options.
