Definitely recommend 3D PT! They helped me through a long diagnosis and recovery and Paul was amazing! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and asked a lot of questions to give me the best advice and plan of action. Fun, motivating atmosphere as well!
I worked with Jordan and Derek for the last 9 months and they have been incredibly helpful in getting me back to where I was pre-injury. Everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful and they do a great job of making PT a fun experience rather than just another appointment to go to. 10/10 I would go back for any future potential PT.
The most valuable reward for visiting 3D PT, beyond the fact that you'll feel way better in the end, is that you'll learn about your body, what you're capable of (which you might not believe at first) and what you can do on your own to maintain and continue to improve. Michael taught me a lot about muscles and bones, how to use that knowledge to address my back pain, and challenged me to do more than I thought I could. I'm so thankful for that!
Paul was amazing. His knowledge and expertise took an 8 year old injury and helped me get back to being able to run longer distances and more frequently. Would highly recommend 3Dimensional Physical Therapy
