I’m back to running thanks to Jorden and Paul. I had total knee replacement a year ago, and Jorden worked with me to strengthen all the muscles and ligaments that support my knee, as well as strength training to improve my overall body dynamics. I had orthotics made through detailed analysis from Paul, which really helped my balance and stability. I’ll be 70 this year and I’m looking forward to years of running. Ty, Jorden and Paul.
Jorden and really the entire team at 3D have helped me put things back together after accidents, surgeries and occasionally both at the same time. They've helped me beat the "back on the field" timeline on multiple occasions. Great job, and while I hope to not need their services again history suggests otherwise so I'm glad they'll be there.

Jorden has been amazing. Everytime I leave, I have more knowledge, my body feels better and she equips you with the tools to help yourself each day. Would highly recommend for anyone seeking PT services
I have been a client of 3D for many years, always come back here for my PT needs. I have always had great experience with the staff and therapists over the years. Erika rocks the front desk and keeps things all on track. My last 2 injuries (back and shoulder) I have seem Bri. She’s awesome, knowledgeable, and pushes me to make me stronger and help me understand the science and proper technique to avoid injury. I would highly recommend 3D Physical Therapy!
