I had a great experience! Called for an appt. Once there, had to wait a few minutes. Secretary was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Optometrist: ditto. I got an Rx for my first progressive glasses. There was no pushy sale to buy from Walmart (and I ended up using Zenni online). Very happy with how they turned out, which means my optometrist gave me the right Rx. Also, she gave me my PD (for ordering online). I also got an Rx for contacts. This lady is worth the wait.. she takes the time to fit you properly.. very pleased with my contacts and prescription glasses
They are never open despite their hours claiming to be open during that time. I’ve been there in person and tried to call them on different days but again, claims they are closed. Obviously they don’t care much for their customers.
Absolutely will go back. Quick service, very friendly and informative about my prescriptions and what would work best for me!!
Not open to everyone schedule only when they want, Walmart needs someone that will be open at least five days a week, this is really a big inconvenience
