My family used this businesses services for 6 months. We paid in full, in advance. Having lost the key to our lock, we made arrangements to meet the owner at the unit multiple times, he never showed up. We got the lock off, and proceeded to move the bulk of our items out of the unit. The drunken owner insisted we owed him an extra month.
