It is the worst of the worst, this is my second complaint, now I have been co acted by Enlighten, I guess it is the company that monitors the system, I have received emails from them stating that my systems is not working and to contact the installer, about this so that they can resolve my issue. Very poor customer service after install and equipment is not working to par.
RecommendedAs an electrician, I have spent quite a bit of my time over the last few years researching solar power and local installation companies. What the sales person stated for my bill did not match with what electric bill actually ended up being. Very hard to get a hold of someone to talk to about the issue.
I have a unique perspective on 3D Solar in that I originally contracted with Maximo Solar (do not ever use them) to install my original solar system and Tesla Powerwall. Not only was the service and communication from Maximo terrible, but they under built my system for me use and needs. I spoke with 3-D Solar about six months ago to set up an in-home consultation regarding the possibility of installing solar panels on my house. When Ryan arrived, he was very professional and patient as he informed me about everything relating to solar panels. Any question or concern I had, he answered and set me at ease. Best install crews in Florida.
After our installation that was a mess, see review from Linda B. I have contacted 3D several times asking for information about the new solar storage system. I have yet to hear anything. In addition, they used LoanPal to finance the solar loan. Buyer beware. They quote you a very low interest rate for solar. Here is what they don't tell you. They pay LoanPal a fee to "buy down" the interest rate to make it more appealing. Then they hide this fee in the price of the installation. So you are paying an inflated price for your s... read more
I don’t recommend this company due to their techs inconsiderate and illegal parking practices. Their complete disregard of people’s safety and well being is appalling.
