Sarah is very unpleasant to deal with
Had to deal with 3D property management when I worked at a pet store. A leaking roof caused major damage into the building and 3D did nothing to fix this issue, this caused considerable water damage, freezing cold temperatures inside and financial strain on my boss. 3D property management are unbelievably unprofessional and negligent. I dont know how they are still in business

I am 60 years old and have living in my apartment for 5 years anyone that has lived in this building has always gotten along. Then someone moved out and they moved in this young couple that is very noisy. They have bullied me around threatened to put out my windows, smash my face in and smash my car up, it wasnt actually the tenant they sent a family member down.As the other tenant says they are nothing but bullies.
