Terrible experience, living in my worst rental nightmare. Awful service provided
3D properties is going to find themselves in a court room for months if they don’t smarten up.
Emailed 3D property management months ago during winter about my ceiling, someone came and looked at it, and never came back to fix it. Its now June and I have a 5 month old baby. I've had no working heating in my bathroom since winter as well, someone came to look at it and said it needs replaced and would come back the next day and no one ever came back lol. Emailed them about concerns of a resident leaving their dog tied up close to my steps where I, my family, my child go and come from my place and was ignored.
Good job evicting a tenant because they provided pics of a mold infested falling apart apartment to the rental office and their local minister of housing. It will never be rented by anyone with common sense.
