I’m honestly not sure how any of their rentals ever get filled considering they rarely answer their emails until you email them again and then when you do finally book an appointment to view one of the units, they don’t even show up… a coworker of mine has also had a lot of issues with unresponsiveness and has given up even trying anymore
Wish I could give negative stars. In worst rental lease ever. Non smoking building yet they let people smoke even though our lease says if smoking on property/in building (even though our lease says if anyone does their lease would be terminated immediately yet they are still here smoking and it’s still coming through our unit with our kid (also supposed to be a family friendly building which hasn’t been either)and leaving cigarette butts everywhere ) won’t handle noise complaints or harassment complaints towards other tenan... read more
Based on our experience as part of an investor group, I strongly recommend that anyone considering doing business with this property management company conduct very thorough due diligence before moving forward. We became seriously concerned after reviewing the invoices provided to us and comparing them with information from trades and subcontractors involved in the work.
