One good thing about 3d property management is that they're very transparent about how terrible they are. In a recent CBC article, they revealed to the whole world that they thought that covering falling, moldy drywall with a drop ceiling was an acceptable repair (there are even photos!). They told on themselves even more by suggesting that the tenant broke their lease with no notice when the article clearly tells a story of a landlord failing to accomodate. I have zero complaints about 3D Property Management. They've been great to me and very understanding. When I had an issue, they were prompt in getting it resolved. I cannot say enough about Lynn, she's friendly, fantastic at her job and has never been dishonest. Will be a long time, satisfied tenant. I'm grateful.
They'll rent you an apartment full of mold and tell you it's your fault you got sick.
