I had a fantastic experience with the physical therapist here; the care was top-notch. Unfortunately, the administrative side was a letdown. Despite confirming multiple times that they accepted my insurance, I found out after my appointment that they didn’t. It took several attempts to get it sorted out, and I ended up with an unexpected bill. I truly hope they can improve their administrative communication because the therapy itself was great.
3DPT greeted me for my first session with friendliness and helped me come up with clear expectations to improve my physical health. This place was recommended by my doctor, Paul Saadi, who I would also recommend as a professional and friendly person. Tony was my trainer, and he has an impressive knowledge of the human body. He answered my questions and provided me with a short video to help me remember what exercises I should be doing on my own.
Very detail oriented! Michelle is great to explain everything and how it is working. Everyone here is very friendly and easy to work with.
