Excellent PT! This was my second visit to 3DPT Oak Lawn. JonMichael Valentine had me to several, different exercises, with expert care - and with an explanation of each one.
The 3DPT team is so great! I recommend to anyone in need of PT. I went to Colette and Tabor for my post-op PT after a lumbar microdiscectomy and they helped me transform my spine health; my back feels better than it did when I was in my 20's. They are not just physical therapists either. Slightly neurotic, I was paranoid about re-injury and they built up my confidence and talked me through all my scare episodes. They're the best.
Very pleased with my progress so far. Hope it continues.
I can’t recommend 3DPT highly enough. Tabor jones is outstanding! He really knows how the body works and how to best rehab injuries. Great place!
