Terrible experiencia, les recomiendo nunca ir a este lugar. La atención es horrible y los precios son ridículos. Les recomiendo siempre preguntar los precios antes de hacer cualquier servicio. En mi caso me confié y no pregunté cuánto sería el precio y me cobraron casi 100$ por unas uñas que no lo valen. SOLO EN LAS MANOS. Por lo general gasto ese precio por las uñas y pedicure. Lamentable experiencia!!!
Doesn’t even deserve one star. I had to leave 2 minutes into my pedicure after being cut deeply by the drill tool because the technician was rushing and not paying attention. When I told her to stop, she barely acknowledged me and continued talking in an diff language instead of addressing the situation professionally. Extremely careless, unprofessional, and unsafe experience.
Do not get your eyelashes done here!!! They charged me 33 dollars and the lady kept putting the eyelashes in the corner of my eyes by my tear line. They came off not to long after I left she didn't care to let them dry. They just want money they don't care about the customers.
The tech filed the plastic tip into my skin pretty hard and didn’t notice until I started bleeding. On top of that, while I was sitting in an empty chair, instead of just asking me to move, one of the employees shook the chair to get my attention and told me to sit somewhere else. The whole experience felt really rough and unprofessional.
Took my girlfriend here for her birthday for a simple fill-in and small design. I even called ahead—was told $32 for the fill-in and about $20 for the design. So, naturally, I’m expecting around $50. She even brought in reference photos from Instagram to show exactly what she wanted, but the tech didn’t really follow them. Between that and the usual “language barrier” situation, it felt like communication just wasn’t there, and at a certain point we gave up and let them finish as-is.
