never again will i return to this nail salon! i have been coming here for about 5 years now & all of a sudden they forgot what color is what & what shape is what ! i spent 80$ on a design that i thought was going to be nice & easy for them since they do such great work but i unfortunately got the opposite, i went back in to get the color completely changed to something simple mind you i never do simple ! i asked for skinny coffin & what i ended up getting was a combination on coffin/oval on all nails all different shapes too... read more
Terrible place!!! They do not listen to you, hide behind language barrier to give a different price once you sit and they are halfway through with your nails. I have them the benefit of the doubt and gave them several chances to redeem themselves but did the same each time I went there. There is one girl who is very pleasant but that’s just about it.

Terrible experience—poor quality work and extremely unprofessional, aggressive behavior. I came to this salon to get my nails and toes done, but the results were sloppy and uneven (I have photos to show exactly how poorly they were done). When I came back to politely discuss a refund, the staff was immediately nasty, argumentative, and dismissive of my concerns.
