My nails always come out beautiful and my skin is never irritated after. Best salon I’ve tried in this neighborhood by far!
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Based on my experience, the customer service here was extremely unprofessional. The manager, Jen, was dismissive and handled concerns in a rude and unacceptable manner. Basic respect and professionalism were lacking. I recommend spending your money elsewhere.

Used to come here all the time for a pedicure or a fill in . Today was the last time Living in Washington heights for 30 years i know the dynamic . But not knowing any English at all with the nail techs on top of cutting off most of my big nail during the pedicure turned me completely off . Had to pay extra for acrylic to fix it . Tech never asked me if i wanted a cut down or file . Asked me what color i wanted without showing me options for color .
