OMG I cannot believe I drove 35 minutes for my nail appointment with Angie, and she simply declined to do my nails! They said they swapped my appointment with another technician without telling me! Someone I know referred Angie to me because I liked her nails, and I am very picky who does my nails!!!!! I talked to Angie herself on the phone last week and was very clear that I want an appointment with her!!!! They just swap appointments randomly. This is very disrespectful and unprofessional.
