Awful. I got an inspection done on a house I went on to buy. The house had previously been flipped and cosmetically looks beautiful. The inspection said every thing was in good to excellent condition. A week after I bought the house the air conditioning did not work, I had to replace it. The electrical was completely ILLEGAL and not up to code... and the inspection did not even mention this. The kitchen sink also had a leak for which the inspection did not catch, surprise surprise.
