This place has such a welcoming and friendly vibe, convenient and reliable hours, and so much variability in each workout that the 45 minute session goes by so fast. Nancy and Chris are professional and motivating but not in a super-pressured militant way. I’ve been coming here for four months, and can see why so many people I’ve met here have been coming to 3D Fitness for as much as 15 years.
3D Fitness has truly helped me feel more confident in the gym. The environment is always so positive and uplifting. Nancy and Chris are amazing coaches—they take the time to teach, support, and guide you so you can succeed. I’m really grateful for their help and encouragement.
Chris is an amazing trainer! I was never the athletic type, but wanted to get more fit coming out of the pandemic. My husband and I went in for one session f personal training a week together, and Chris adjusted to both of our needs. Over the last year I've lost 85 pounds, and I love how strong I'm getting. Chris is also a great conversationalist and makes the training fly by! Thanks for getting me on track for a lifetime of healthy fitness!
