Gary was our electrician today and helped us with a beautiful chandelier install. He was prompt, professional and went out of his way to collect the additional hardware needed for this install. We will definitely be using 3D for our future and upcoming projects as it was easy, the end product looks fantastic and pricing is incredibly reasonable.

Lost business before estimate. Need better scheduling and follow up. Scheduled an estimate in between 2 and 4 PM on a Friday. Finally received call at 5P stating they kept having problems with the job they were currently on and would not be able to make it but would be out first thing on Saturday. I assured Patrick that I would be at the house all morning long. I did miss a call from Patrick at 9A and called back fairly soon afterwards.
