Took 4 months to finish the car and gave the car back with 1 headlight not working, the handbrake doesnt work anymore, keyless remote not working and a huge spiderweb crack on the windshield. They said insurance never authorized these to be fixed as they were recalls. They led me on for 4 months every week saying it would be done the following week for 9 weeks. Would 100% avoid them as even my insurance company said they have had multiple issues with them and have started to recommend their customers not to use them.
I had been hit on the QEW back in March 2 days before Canada had closed its border with the US. My car was towed to 3d collision. Cam, was working on my car and truly provided the best customer service. He even went out of his way to find away to get the car back in the US for me. I am so thankful that i was lucky enough to have such amazing professionals work on my car for me. Great work!
They Painted my SUV a different shade of white on the front end so now its 2 different shades of white and noticeable! They took it to get it detailed and misplaced my floor mats. Called twice to find out if they found them said they would call me back and never did ! They forgot to refill my coolant after fixing the rad and my coolant reservoir was left bone dry.
