I had an amazing experience with 3D Baby Bump. My baby didn't cooperate and they offered me a complimentary rescan. The setup of the theater room was very comfortable with the soft music playing and dim lighting. The Hot Mama package was well worth it and I'm more than satisfied with the quality of the images and the friendliness of the staff. The surprise swagg bag almost made me cry i didn't expect it. Thank you!!!
Terrible customer service. Rip off. Poorly trained technician. Manager has yet to call me back about how I was treated. Sad I've wasted to much money in this place over the years. Desperately needed this session for my baby shower Sunday and instead of having me come back when baby would cooperate tech continued to TRY and get crappy photos and then told me well you used all your time now.. smh definitely should have went to oh baby in Boynton.
It was a very wonderful experience from the greeting up to the goodbyes.
