I rented a U-Haul online from uh.com and one of the reps called me and was like hey we changed the location of your rental and then they sent me to this address at 3-D auto sales right so I pull up and I should’ve taken a picture, but anyways, I pull up and first of all I’m from the ghetto but this place looked ghetto. SEXIST STAFF I walked into this location with two other women to rent some 26' Uhaul trucks. The staff started commenting on how we were too little for such big trucks. I have a CDL. I asked them to stop with the commentary and just rent us the trucks, thank you. They then threatened to cancel my reservation. I did end up renting the trucks, but not without continued sexist comments. This is not the first time I've had this experience at this location. I will not be returning and I recommend no one use their services
I just had the pleasure of renting a U-Haul from this location. I cannot speak highly enough of this location, the u-haul rental was the only thing that went well in my move and it went INCREDIBLE. They are genuine and helpful with the renting process, they are flexible and accommodating. Truly can’t convey how great they are. Even if I move to another continent in my next move I would still rent my truck from them, 20/10 experience.
Very friendly service. Had my tow dolly ready. Took 10 minutes, back on the road. If you go there, ask how Wilbur is doing. He's a cute tiny mouse that runs around in the shop! LOL!
I had a great experience with 3D Auto Sales and U-Haul! The team was professional, friendly, and very easy to work with. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Everything was explained clearly, the equipment was in great condition, and they truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. It’s rare to find this level of customer service these days, but they definitely delivered.
