This is my second post! Austin always takes care of my system to make sure everything runs smooth. He shoots me straight and I trust him. I highly recommend 3D services and Austin as your technician! My technician Brad came on a Saturday and went above and beyond to not only get my heat working again, but on his own initiative, repair some ductwork he saw needed attention. I trust 3D to handle all my HVAC needs.
Brad arrived and began work immediately. He quickly diagnosed the problem and after minor adjustments, had the system up and running. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome and my sincere thanks to Brad for being the expert he is.
Joe did all the things you want a tech to do…call ahead..flexible on the timeline..vey professional and knowledgeable about my system. Also detailed ways to improve my system for efficiency and also reduce my power bill. I have been and will continue to use 3D services
