Wow. So I WAS about to book an appointment because of all the good reviews, BUT the guy that I was trying to book my appointment with over the phone was extremely RUDE! I just said that he had written my appointment down for the wrong day and decides to yell at me and get an attitude. I was like "wow can I please speak with someone else please."
