Wow. So I WAS about to book an appointment because of all the good reviews, BUT the guy that I was trying to book my appointment with over the phone was extremely RUDE! I just said that he had written my appointment down for the wrong day and decides to yell at me and get an attitude. I was like "wow can I please speak with someone else please." He said NO you can't! Told me to go somewhere else and then hung up on me! Seriously can't believe how rude this guy was to me! I will be talking to the manager soon! Seriously shock... read more
