We learned about 3cm Stone from our builder, who specializes in high end properties and who has an established business and solid reputation in the Portland area for over a generation. It sure seems like someone has an axe to grind; more like an ex-employee rather than a prospective customer. It is unfortunate that people are unable to address their concerns directly anymore; and that they resort to posting scandalous and economically harmful information online.

It is obvious why they have no customers. Horrible customer service, angry staff, terrible reviews, not a good word anywhere on the web about either this or their outdoor kitchens store. When is the going out of business sale? It is a good location for someone new.

I don't typically write reviews for companies but in this case I wanted to warn people about 3cm stone. I didn't read reviews here and other places online before I became involved with the company and I do intend to complain to the CCB and not because I want anything monetary, but because I think the public should know and business owners should know that your customers will not and should not take the abuse. Poor workmanship issues lead to Scary business dealings – 3CM Stone in Tualatin, Oregon has turned my home remodeling experience into a homeowner's worst nightmare. They miscommunicated about so many issues related to the job and they took 3 months to follow up and get the most modest finishing portions done. Scary rude to customers – 3CM Stone in Tualatin, Oregon has provided us with the most unreal experience. We are actually scared of the owner as he yelled at both my husband and myself, calling us names and using profanities because when asked in an e-mail by his employee, she said to contact her with any questions or concerns.
