Kaylee at 3B Realty was extremely easy to deal with the transaction to lease. The process was tremendously easy. I would totally do this over again and I recommend everyone else too!

Do not rent from this company! I live next to a rental property and it has had a hornets nest in it for the last month. Could not find out who managed the property but once I did I got in contact with them after 3 emails and calls daily. Told me that it was a tenet issue, the problem is the house has been vacant for a couple of months? They seem to be waiting for a new tenant to move in to push the cost of taking care of the hornets nest to the new tenant that didn't know there was one when they saw the house or signed the l... read more

Truly a terrible company. Rented a house with them. Every repair tool several calls. I had my wife 8 months pregnant in 95+ degree heat and they would not send someone to look at the air conditioning for over a week. It was 85 in the house. Upon moving out tried every trick in the book to try to get me to agree to paying an extra months rent outside of our lease agreement. Do not do business with them
