Currently rent through them so I’m sure this may come back on me negatively. ATP idk that they even run the business besides moving money around for the actual owners of the rental properties. Smooth process to get shown properties, smooth application process. Since move in it’s been beyond bare minimum. I rented through this company for a few years they were very weird when I paid my rent up for a year the lady in the office made a racial remark stating If I paid it up how I did for a year before they let me move in she would have never let me rent the property.Which I didn’t understand because they were paid in advance .Also,I lived in a two family on the bottom level so whenever my neighbor upstairs called complain about noise that wasn’t happening they called bugging me asking me when I would be ready to buy a house thro... read more
