I really Love this Orthopedic office I have 2 Doctors and doctors assistants that I see and they are great .All the staff are so nice . I have been coming here for 10 years and just recently told a family member about them too . I see Dr. Booth who is one of the top Doctors there and he is so kind and wonderful and he also works in the Philadelphia office I also see his Assistant Marissa every time she so amazing and so kind . I also just started seeing Dr. Trager and he is great too. It really is a nice place .
Nothing but high praise. Dr Ranelle is the absolute best ever. Friendly, great bedside Manor. Amazing doctor. My visit from check-in to x-rays to doctor visit and getting two injections was done in about 20 minutes. Efficient friendly.
I reached out to Jefferson 3B last week when my fiance accidentally threw out my medication. We are in the process of moving. In the 2 years I have been with this office I have never had this happen. I reached out to my dr's office and was told to reach out to my pharmacy. I did and the pharmacy said I just needed a new prescription. I followed back up with the office yesterday morning around 9:30 am to let them know what my pharmacy recommended. No response until today which is deplorable.
