He is sketchy for sure when calling me while I am on vacation asking for more money before the job was complete so that was a red flag and was not paid until the job was done. This was over the holidays and after the story's and money fiasco I got from him I really just wanted him out of my house so I paid the bill and we agreed to do touch ups ect in the new year. We had a really great experience with James. He painted the ceiling in our family room and kitchen, and we’re super happy with how it turned out. He patched up a few holes from drywall anchors and a light fixture we moved, and he did a nice job blending the popcorn texture so everything looked consistent. There were some old water stains and some greasy buildup around a light fixture that had gotten worse over time.
