I definitely believe the comments regarding the unprofessionalism of management! I’ve reached out SEVERAL times to arrange a tour and absolutely no one answers the phone nor responds to emails!

I have been living at 3900 Adeline since 2017 When I moved in the unit, the floors look perfect normal but now they have started to peel really bad and have not been approached by a manager or their main office. The main office to say we’ll repair the floors.or something
Horrible Experience – Completely Unprofessional and Disrespectful If I could give zero stars, I would. I had one of the worst experiences with 3900 Adeline (Madison Park Avenue) and their so-called property manager, Jonathan Ramirez. I scheduled a tour a month in advance, confirmed everything through email and made travel arrangements from out of state just to see this property. When I arrived — nobody was there.
