They have a problem with noise here. The guy on the bottom floor gives the whole neighborhood a concert of loud music on the weekend. The people above me sound like they’re having a bowling tenement all throughout the day. The floors are concrete guys… so how in the hell? Management was notified multiple times. Can’t wait till this lease up, I am out! ✌️
I definitely believe the comments regarding the unprofessionalism of management! I’ve reached out SEVERAL times to arrange a tour and absolutely no one answers the phone nor responds to emails!

I have been living at 3900 Adeline since 2017 When I moved in the unit, the floors look perfect normal but now they have started to peel really bad and have not been approached by a manager or their main office. The main office to say we’ll repair the floors.or something
