Horrible Experience – Completely Unprofessional and Disrespectful If I could give zero stars, I would. I had one of the worst experiences with 3900 Adeline (Madison Park Avenue) and their so-called property manager, Jonathan Ramirez. I scheduled a tour a month in advance, confirmed everything through email and made travel arrangements from out of state just to see this property. When I arrived — nobody was there. Great
If you are looking for a place to rent avoid this one at all costs. The building was cheaply put together and is already falling apart. The neighborhood is loud and unsafe at night. Packages are stolen from the mail room, the buildings smell strongly of smoke and to top it all off management is offsite and they do not care about any of these issues!
