The epitome of poor management in a large complex. They constanly over charge you for fees that should be annual (package locker fee for example, which is egregiously and additional charge on top of rent) and will only remove them with multiple asks even though they’re in the wrong. They refuse to tow anyone even if they’re in the parking space you pay for unless the car has been there more than 24 hours (a note to anyone that wants, you can have a guest park in someone’s space and 388 Beale won’t do anything about it). Judy Mar is always responsive, does quality work, and leaves the work area clean. We recently had a ceiling leak in our bathroom. He first located the source of the leak and repaired it. Then he removed the affected ceiling area. Finally, he filled the ceiling hole, and resurfaced and repainted the ceiling. The result looks as good as the original ceiling. Judy Mar is one of the reasons 388 Beale is a great place to live. He cares to do his best for every tenant.
