Judy Mar is always responsive, does quality work, and leaves the work area clean. We recently had a ceiling leak in our bathroom. He first located the source of the leak and repaired it. Then he removed the affected ceiling area. Finally, he filled the ceiling hole, and resurfaced and repainted the ceiling. The result looks as good as the original ceiling. Judy Mar is one of the reasons 388 Beale is a great place to live. He cares to do his best for every tenant.

Just because of the location you can tell who really lives here versus someone who doesn’t live here.
TL;DR: Poor management and paper-thin walls and yearly max rent increases. The walls are extremely thin; you can clearly hear your neighbors talking, on video calls, or even opening their curtains. We wake up daily to their noise. Management is aware of the issue but doesn’t care. Even worse, they allow Airbnb rentals, so random guests frequently move in with completely different schedules.
