I moved 7 years ago and I am so happy I chose this place to live. The present staff who manage Todd, Stacey, Donna and Barry are so attentive. I never have to wait for repairs and they go out of their way to listen and never stop trying to improve this building. I am a widow and feel completely safe coming and going - especially thrilled that there are cameras inside and out. I have lived at Palazzo Apartments for over 12 years. Notably it is an older building, but could not be more solid. I feel safe living here as a senior citizen. The entire management team work diligently everyday to ensure the cleaniness of the building. Upgrades and improvements are ongoing and very much appreciated. The team not ony ensures the building is "home" to all tenants, they ensure that the tenants are safe. The team is always approachable and friendly and look after requests promptly. Building is very clean and well maintained. They have been doing a lot of renovations and updates to the property. Management is amazing and maintenance requests are acknowledged and taken care of. Couldn't be more happy to live here.
I have lived at this residence for almost 16 years in various units. I have enjoyed living at the Palazzo, even more so since the new management staff took over a few years ago. Being an older building there are a few signs of age, but the new staff has been working endlessly to fix, repair and update. Todd, Stacey, Donna and Barry are the perfect fit for the Palazzo. All the staff offer a friendly smile and take every issue seriously, with prompt attention. The staff do everything possible to make it feel like home.
