What in the world happened to Cindy? If I could give this place a ZERO/No STAR I WOULD. I’ve never heard of a veteran not doing their job. That’s what Eli said. In fact he went into detail about how the old manager also left not only because of the threats from a resident but from cheating with the maintenance guy Santos. The new management and office staff here is GREAT!!!! VERY VERY PROFESSIONAL and do all they can to make your move in smooth as possible. love the community and also the remolding that they have and are yet doing to this place. highly recommend by me I moved in a week ago and I can't wait to see what's in store!!!

Today 3800 on Portland had an event for the entire complex, and it was super fun can’t wait till next month!!
I enjoyed the event they had on April 24 it was really nice and the managers are so nice and friendly Charles and Ashley r doing a. Wonderful job . I love living here it's very nice and quite I will be telling all my friends that 3800 on Portland rocks
