I came in on Friday afternoon around 5 to have 4 tires mounted and balance. The guys in the back did a great job. The gentleman up front answered all my questions and gave me great recommendations for future wheel and tire set up. I will be going back way better than the last tire shop there.
Rude behavior. Didn’t even try to listen to me. Very arrogant.
My husband came in to get a tire and put it on his Audi and the guy came out with a patched run flat to try and sell to him (run flat tire are not designed to be repaired and resold btw) the guy was extremely disrespectful and racist towards my husband. He continuously was rude and didn’t want to work basically kept coming up with every reason why he was too busy to let my husband buy a tire and then one of the guys put the tire on. Stopped in today to get a tire looked at suspected it was the tire stem however it was a patch that needed to be re-patched and they could have forced me to buy a tire. However, the guy said let’s just patch it. Great service and the guy helping me was very nice and respectful. Something we don’t get very much in customer service these days.
Was told it was gonna be an hour wait for air & he immediately helped the next person.
