Convenient location with plenty of free parking. Suites are large with good sized windows to take in views of the interstate, Hawkeye downs and adm. The 380 suites let each hair stylist have a separate room.
I love renting from 380 Salon Suites! I can make my own hours and have the security of a door code to my suite! The rent is a flat rate with all amenities included! My favorite amenities are; the break room, the central vacuum, the beverage and snacks bar for my clients, and having other like-minded professionals to work alongside with, but still be an independent professional!
Everyone is professional and positive. It is a great space to build your business. They also have helped me with my marketing which has been so helpful. I have had a lot of luck renting and very grateful that the environment is clean and safe.
I had been looking for salon suites that were large enough for me to do all of my services (hair/lashes/nails) in one place. 380 Salon Suites has the perfect size of rooms for me to fit all of my things! The landlord is great, responds quickly and helped me get things organized for me to move in. The rooms also come with a styling chair and a basin to wash hair in!
I had been looking for nice, reasonably priced salon suites available for rent and I FINALLY found 380 Salon Suites!!! It’s a wonderful environment, and I love the little coffee bar available for me and my clients! Definitely recommend renting at 380 Salon Suites! The property managers are INCREDIBLE and SUPER accommodating!!! No hidden fees or payments. Utilities and MANY top notch features included! Be my neighbor and be your own boss!!!
