I really liked Adam and Jennifer and am not making this review lightly. After a year (warranty was expired) our new, expensive shower leaked in February. We called Adam, he came right out. He agreed to repair. March went by, no Adam, April, May, June July, August, no Adam. There was always an excuse if I could get him on the phone or text. In August he did come out finally. Wont come out and make repairs. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL I Would not RECOMMEND
Used Adam at 38 Construction after another contractor ran off with our money and did not complete the job. Adam and his guys were quick, thorough and honest. I would not hesitate to use again.
After 5 weeks still waiting for estimate! Never call back! I call back never answer the phone and text message! Not professional!
