This shop used to be excellent when Vhyn was the owner. He treated customers with respect, explained everything clearly, and charged fair prices. That’s why you see so many good reviews. But be aware: it is no longer the same owner. Vhyn sold the shop, and the new owners are running it very poorly. I’ve been a loyal customer at this garage for over 12 years, and it’s incredibly disappointing to see how far the service has fallen since the original owner sold the business. This place used to be reliable, friendly, and professional — everything you want when taking care of your car. Unfortunately, my visit today was the last straw. The technician who handled my oil change was rude and acted in a very strange and unprofessional manner.
