37 West is a great place to live! Great location, near so many fun places to grab a bite to eat and unwind. The apartments are new and modern. Safe and clean! Management is very friendly and accomidating. Highly recommend!

I just recently moved into 37West and I already love it here! The building is modern and welcoming, and Sergio and Lucia at the front desk have been so kind and helpful. As a new resident, they’ve really made the move-in feel easy and comfortable. Highly recommend!
Pros: - Cute and well behaved dogs - Main lobby and common areas always smell nice - Always a leasing/complex manager working on Saturday - The managers overall exceed in every possible way - Lots of free Happy Hour's in different places around Blackstone - Coffee machine makes barista quality drinks - Always new sparkling waters in common area fridge to try - Cottonwood next door and Revival below are pretty and draw a classy crowd - Bars in Blackstone are closing earlier making the neighborhood feel safer and happier - Mai... read more
