I’m a single mom who moved here due to domestic violence. I have NEVER been denied at an apartment complex. They made me do so much work to prove to them that what came up on their screening was in fact a dispute and not a problem. I swear I did like 25 hours of labor doing this! It has been removed from my credit and should not be on any report anywhere. I have moved into two large developer apartments since and I work IN HOUSING! I had to remedy the issue myself, I don’t think you understand that this was a FIRE HAZARD, the amount of heat and lint inside the laundry closet could have caught fire. I’m thankful I was at home and felt the heat coming from the closet. Immediately the dryer was shut off. I ended up pulling the washer/ dryer unit out myself and cleaning up all the lint that was everywhere. I had summited photos of the mess, that didn’t really show the severity. Unfortunately really wasn’t impressed. They don’t have the AC on in any of the common spaces and th lady who did my tour seemed uninterested in making it work with me. I decided to go with their neighbor The Arthur instead
