Love living at 37 West Farnam. Amenities are great, amazing location, and super close to coffee shops, bars and restaurants. The neighborhood comes alive on weekends with music and good vibes. The building hosts happy hours + events, which makes it so easy to meet people (perfect if you’re new in town). Maintenance is prompt, and the front desk staff are the sweetest, Sergio was a lifesaver during my lease process.
I did like these apartments but the units I saw were pretty compact. I might consider one for a second home downtown. I like the variety of floor plans and might be interested in seeing some of the others if available. I was impressed with the community space.
Breaking FRCA at their new property 37 W Farnam. I left a previous review upset with my experience during a tour and that was clearly a part of their decision in denying me despite sending them incredible amounts of information many many personal items. This process took over a week and I regretted once again giving them a chance.
