I absolutely loved working with Jessica! I expressed my needs for my family and she moved with efficiency and diligence. She was clear and concise about all the details. Her communication was top tier. I couldn’t have asked for a better leasing agent to assist me during this process! Definitely the best experience I’ve had getting help with a move. I appreciate her soooooo much!
They charged me for a broken window that I didn’t even do plus I was at work
This is an awesome place to stay! I've enjoyed my time here and I see myself here for a very long time, they are very committed and helpful to their tenants.
My unit had been flooded by raw sewer (meaning feces water) 3 times twice in the month of October 2025 the office made no accommodations to relocate us or anything.the unit got mold as a result I had to put in a notice to vacate but the assistant manager is telling me when I returned their keys that this is not grounds to void the lease and a result I am still financially obligated to honor the lease i tried to explain to her but she said she said I got to understand for a business stand point.
I absolutely loved Sam! She was so helpful, patient & attentive. She made my whole experience worth it. I am not sure why the other leasing agent Jessica was not as welcoming but I would not want to work with her. She was rude and very passive. If you are very looking to move here make sure you work with Sam, she is a doll :)
