I just moved here and I keep on putting in requests after requests nothing been fixed it feels like I wasted my money
Mold, entering unit without permission, deleted work orders, rude maintenance, landlord uses his personal security to yell at residents and threatens to have them arrested when they are non submissive. Evil at work here, true evil. They moved me into a unit that was just flooded
This apartment needs to be shut. From the fact that the mailboxes don’t “work” but ppl checking they mail everyday , everything in the apt goes wrong. The maintenance ppl come weeks later and only fixes one issue you have and not all; they ride around all day parlaying with each other and the leasing ladies be outside smoking not doing no work either. Folks let the dogs run free around the apartment, grounds are crappy . They installed a gate but can’t fix the laundry rooms. lol don’t move here unless you desperate .
Nobody answer the phone !
