This place is worst with the new management, at least Arleen will answered the phone but now with the new management nobody answer the phone!! I’m about to call code enforcement to help me with the issues that I have in my apartment since I moved in!!
First let me start off by saying when I first move in the place was dirty. Wasn’t fully clean out. All the cabinet in there had roaches egg and roaches everywhere in there . The guest bathroom didn’t have the tissue roller in there . They was suppose to come clean the cabinet and give me brand new ones but never ever did. Cabinet kept coming off the hook , they come fix them and they come right back off within a week. The roaches are very very bad out there. they need to rebuild them buildings at all cost. Overall my apt is nice although when I moved in they didn't clean the place I did , My door was raggedy looked like someone tried to break in . I'm use to professional employees I would say that . My experience with staffs haven't been the best they test my patience quite a bit. They sweet in the beginning and unprofessional, to inconsiderate,lazy ,terrible work ethic , and feel they don't have to communicate with tenants about amenities being unavailable, which is Bazar .
