He does what he can, and what he can’t he keeps it real. Always pleasant and makes you laugh even in the tough moments. If your rent is 1 day late, they are calling, emailing, and sending smoke signals out! It’s very exhausting especially if you give them a day that you’re going to pay!!! They literally contact you EVERYDAY until you make the payment! Understand life happens!!!!
The maintenance staff has greatly improved. They are polite and careful with correcting any issues. The leasing staff is also very helpful and are good listeners. I am pleased
I absolutely loved working with Jessica! I expressed my needs for my family and she moved with efficiency and diligence. She was clear and concise about all the details. Her communication was top tier. I couldn’t have asked for a better leasing agent to assist me during this process! Definitely the best experience I’ve had getting help with a move.
