This apartment complex's management (Mr.Lorenzo) and customer service staff go above and beyond for their residents. Especially, Lorenzo, he was my point of contact and he actually care about maintaining the smooth operation of his community. Lorenzo is very patient fair and responsive. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed quickly, and there is always good communication. A leasing agent this committed to providing exceptional service is uncommon; I heartily recommend them!
Catrina and Deja has been so helpful with my transfer into my new apartment. I have been here for years and since they have been here things are turning around.

This place is beyond nasty. Soon as I moved in I knew I didn’t want to stay for long. For one , the day of move in I was told by Jessica that my apartment wasn’t ready ( I moved from another state & flew in ). I landed at 10, called and was adv move in isn’t until 3.. 3pm come and it’s another excuse that the cleaning lady didn’t clean the unit. ( 2 weeks went by before move in day.. why is the unit not cleaned ). They even stopped answering closer to the time they were set to close leaving me stuck at the airport for hourss... read more
