I've got an unpleasant experience. The person for the visit was late and ok service, not smiling... My documents were not well analysed. I don't have a typical money income but good 60k a year and got refused for the rent without any reason.

Je vais bientôt emménager dans l’immeuble et je tenais à remercier chaleureusement Sarah pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme. Elle m’a fait une très agréable visite des lieux, en prenant le temps de tout m’expliquer avec clarté et bienveillance. Aussitôt la visite terminée, elle m’a guidé à travers les étapes à suivre, ce qui m’a tout de suite mise en confiance. Merci encore !

Belle expérience avec Sarah très accueillante et elle me répond tt le temps🥺elle est super gentille L’immeuble est propre et mm l’appartement je l’ai trouvé super beau et propre aussi Sarah merci bcq u saved me in the last minutes ❤️je te remercie infiniment

Isabel has been a great help in securing a place to land on my feet in Montreal! Very responsive and attentive to the questions asked regarding the units she was showing me.
