Yesterday, it took two hours to extract this dental implant, which was placed by a dentist at 365 Smiles four years ago. The implant is now inflamed and has an abscess. This dentist used a mini implant for my molar, and she didn't inform me beforehand that this type of implant shouldn't be used for molars. Furthermore, she placed the implant too close to the nerve, which is very dangerous. After a few years, the tooth started to loosen and become painful. I first called 365 Smiles Dental to ask how much they charge for re-cementing a crown, since my friend doesn't have dental insurance yet. Thuc kindly informed me it would be just $50. My friend was able to schedule an appointment a week later, and now she's finally able to eat normally again. Big thanks to 365 Smiles Dental for their affordable and timely care!

I was traveling through Chicago when an orthondic wire I got at home came loose, and they were able to glue it back in record time, on a weekend too. Most dentists seemed closed on the weekend, so that was excellent for me. Super friendly staff, and they speak both mandarin and English. I was just a tourist here, but if you are a local, I'd say give this place a try if you are in the market for a dentist.
