John and his team did an amazing job deep cleaning my apartment. I was particularly impressed with the attention they paid to small details, as well as how they deep cleaned my oven/stovetop and bathtub. I would definitely book them again in the future!
We thought we started off on a good foot with John and Adrienne to service our short term rental and weekly hot tub maintenance and the cleaners do a great job however we were abruptly dropped as a client with no explanation whatsoever. The only thing I can think of is that we had simply asked for a few clearer, more detailed photos between guest stays — a reasonable request to help monitor wear and tear and stains on couches and rugs.
