We've been using 365 Property Solutions for our short term rental for a while now and honestly couldn't recommend them more. They take care of all our regular cleaning and hot tub maintenance. The cleaners are fantastic, always quick to turn the property around and never miss a thing. Recently had a hot tub repair done too and they sorted it in record time. Fast diagnostics, parts sourced quickly, fair pricing and a great technician. They really do take the stress out of managing a rental property.
Adrienne and John are the best! They have very high standards and are responsive, kind, and solution-oriented. I have used their company for a few years and would recommend them to anyone looking for any rental property services.
