The worst!! It's just unfortunate my Mom has to use them because of her age and not able to go out to see a doctor...If you have other alternatives for your love ones use them because 365 On Call is NOT it... Edit...2/19/2021 My Mom who is 97yrs young has been waiting on a much needed medication refill for 7 days...Why???? Her so called NP her name is Juliet has not responded to her refill and now all of a sudden the NP is doing virtual visits how can you access a patient on the phone??? This company is BEYOND AWFUL!!! My sister has been using them for a few years and they will make an appointment and cancel last minute or not show up at all. She recently had to have emergency surgery from a bowel obstruction and 3 hernias. She constantly complained to them about the pain but all they did was give her medication. They even did an Xray and never said anything about her condition. Please use another company for your loved ones because this is not it!!!!
