I was just recently turned on to the shakes and tea stuff, and I love it! Best part is I work at the super colossal Chase place and it's just right down the road, perfect for a quick lunch trip! I haven't had a shake yet that I don't like, and the liftoff tabs are great! Just drop one in your tea and you're set and ready for your day/afternoon activities, or if you're like me, to keep from falling asleep at your desk! Super good stuff here.

This place is excellent! I went before work to grab one for breakfast and I wasn't hungry till about 4 hours after! With 17 grams of protein and only 250 cals this is for sure the perfect quick meal replacement! There are tons of flavors as well. I got the coffee cake and my co-worker got the coconut crush. Both were delicious! Can't wait to return!
