Great staff. Diana especially was great to work with and very understanding.
I have made 4 separate maintenance requests regarding a plumbing issue that that has been present since move in. Every time I have been assured it has been fixed and every time it is still not working properly. Every time it's been the same I make a new ticket, they see it and agree that the toilet doesn't flush fully (a critical feature of a toilet), work on it, then claim it is fixed. Diana has helped me tremendously. I have had multiple issues throughout a management change and she has assisted me through it all.
My experience working with 365 Nicollet could not have gone better! Working with Josh and Diana, I had the pleasure of providing food for their sushi and sip event.
