Diana was great! She gave me a tour and was there for every question I had along the way.
After a full year of residency at 365 Nicollet Mall, I can't in good conscience recommend this building to anyone considering a lease here. The most alarming issue: I caught a maintenance worker on my own camera attempting to take my belongings while inside my unit. When something like this happens in a building you're paying premium rent to live in, it changes how safe you feel behind your own door. I’m not a full time resident but very happy with everything when staying at 365. The Concierge staff and maintenance is great. On the few occasions I have interacted with management they have been polite and helpful.
