Diana was amazing she help out with all the question I had. The virtual tour with the apartment look so nice, I can’t wait to tour in person
Diana is incredible! I moved into my apartment in January and have enjoyed my time here. The staff is incredible, the views/location are amazing, and the tenants are so sweet and accommodating. I’ve been in north loop for 4 years and this is by far my favorite spot.
I lived at 365 Nicollet under both the previous management company and the current one, and the difference is night and day. The previous management wasn’t perfect, but they cared. Rules were enforced, issues were addressed quickly, and residents felt like their concerns actually mattered. Since the current management took over, the building has steadily declined. I have been disappointed with the management’s decision to allow an outside group (Taste of Minnesota) to reserve and use the building’s amenities over a holiday weekend. Residents pay premium rent with the expectation that these spaces will be available, especially during holidays when many people are off from work and want to enjoy them. Instead, residents were effectively pushed aside so non-residents could use the facilities that we help pay to maintain. The new management is allowing Taste of Minnesota staff to use the building amenities throughout the weekend. Management is pulling out the red carpet for them; meanwhile, residents are left with limited use of building amenities during a holiday weekend, with no kind of rent reduction or decreased services adjustment for the month of July.
