Management is good and the building is clean. However many amenities you need to pay money to use, except the rooftop lounge and fitness room in Level 4. The Business Lounge in Level 2 always locked and you cannot get inside. You also cannot book through online. But you can see someone turn on the light.
I’ve lived here for four years and have had a very positive experience. The building is perfectly located just steps from the subway, with a Loblaws right on the corner and the streetcar within walking distance. It’s clean, organized, and well maintained. Most of the concierge staff are friendly and helpful, and whenever I’ve reached out to the manager by email, I’ve received fast and effective responses.
