Loved living here for the past two years. The location is unbeatable - everything I needed was within walking distance, and transit access made getting around downtown effortless. The building is well-managed, safe, and quiet for such a central spot, with great amenities that genuinely made day-to-day life comfortable. Management is good and the building is clean. However many amenities you need to pay money to use, except the rooftop lounge and fitness room in Level 4. The Business Lounge in Level 2 always locked and you cannot get inside. You also cannot book through online. But you can see someone turn on the light.
