Residents are blasting music at the pool and management is not doing anything. The noise pollution is unbearable. Do not live here.
My experience at 3600 was good because I was at a transition point in my life and I understood what apartment living is and coming from being a homeowner.I understand the frustration of the other tenants but for me it was a great experience and I don't regret living there...
A good location, that is the only positive aspect of living at the 3600 W Broad apartments. For all of the negatives: HVAC consistently out, only one of 2 elevators working for over 3 months now, mold in the building ductwork, half-assed pothole repair in the parking lot, water service interruptions, busted appliances, CONSTANT construction from 6:45am-5:30pm, poor communication from management and lackluster waste disposal. Live anywhere else.
Get out while you can, they just want to renovate your apartment so Scott's can become even more $$$. If you are serious about moving here, first look at the windows and bathrooms very carefully, mold is a big problem here due to bad seals and poor ventilation.
One of the elevators has been broken for two months. There are only two. 500 people in the building. The HVAC breaks constantly (AC and heat) and remains down for months on end. The building is not nearly as secure as it should be. Homeless often enter and linger. Basement gym rest room had to be locked due to abuse by non-tenants/transients.
