Don’t move here. This place has bad property management predatory methods to get you to sign a lease. Poor maintenance. Bad parking not a good decision.
I've been living at this apartment complex for around 18 months now, and overall, it's been a good experience. The location is extremely convenient for me. The Office Staff is responsive and very accommodating. My maintenance requests are handled in a timely and efficient manner.
Good place to live. They pitched the place as “sound proof”… it’s not. The biggest issue I had was the blonde lady in the main office. She was rude to me & my fiancé many times, as well as several of my neighbors. She always has an attitude and acts like you have personal wronged her. Just avoid her and it’s a pretty chill place to live.
We’ve been living at 3600 W Broad since 2014 and plan to renew our lease again this fall. We would not have stayed so long were it not an excellent place to live. The apartment is large with high ceilings and plenty of natural light. Stainless steel appliances are energy-efficient and include an in-unit washer/dryer.
