David and Melissa with 360 Ventures recently sold our home in ABQ's NW Valley. It was a seamless and fast transaction! Their communication and response to all requests were excellent. Especially as first-time buyers, we were grateful for David and Melissa's patience showing us properties, scrambling to prepare paperwork under less than ideal circumstances that allowed us to continue enjoying our active lives, and getting the sellers back to the table and the rug back under our feet at the last minute. Also appreciate David's background as a contractor and in the duct work business to provide insight on extent and costs of necessary repairs, and addressing concerns. Highly recommend.

We found David through a referral on Dave Ramsey's website, and he was fantastic to work with! We were house hunting from out of state and the first thing David did was a video call with us to help us learn about the local area. He is exceptionally knowledgeable about the market, and we appreciated the thorough analysis he provided us on every property and neighborhood we were interested in. We ended up finding a great house at a great price and would definitely work with 360 Ventures again!

David came recommended by a friend. He and Melissa both were amazing communicators and promptly responded to all our questions/concerns. They gave us great advice and steered us clear of potential pitfalls. As first-time homebuyers, we couldn't have asked for a better team.
