Especially as first-time buyers, we were grateful for David and Melissa's patience showing us properties, scrambling to prepare paperwork under less than ideal circumstances that allowed us to continue enjoying our active lives, and getting the sellers back to the table and the rug back under our feet at the last minute. We found David through a referral on Dave Ramsey's website, and he was fantastic to work with! We were house hunting from out of state and the first thing David did was a video call with us to help us learn about the local area. He is exceptionally knowledgeable about the market, and we appreciated the thorough analysis he provided us on every property and neighborhood we were interested in.
