I’ve experienced excellent service with 360 total care for developmental disabilities. There are no complaints, but if any issues arose, they were addressed immediately. Their responsiveness and dedication. To quality care are truly commendable.
My son Carlin has been attending 360 for a little over 1 month and I’m so pleased we were able to get him in. I was so impressed right from the start with the amazing staff and how warming and clean the facility is. My son has autism and can be a challenge but the staff has already made him feel welcome. I love that they are always out in the community and allow Carlin to be part of the daily tasks and if he’s not in the mood (lol) his aide Ashley is amazing in finding him another project to keep him busy. I recently transitioned my sister to this facility. I first googled and was impressed with the location and appearance. The director was welcoming and communication was excellent and still is. That is a huge thing for me. My mother did the first tour and was impressed and I did the second. They are very active which is exactly what I was looking for. Our Son is a client with 360° Total Care. Our experience has been AMAZING. They do a wonderful job caring for our son Austin. He has really enjoyed his time there and he is treated with the respect and dignity he deserves. We have been and continue to be impressed by the team efforts they provide to his care from the time they pick him up til he is dropped off we k ow he is in great hands!
